Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Estimated delivery times begin after your order has shipped, not from the order date. Delays & Carrier Issues WoWHub is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. 6. Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office first.
