How to Start
Visit our Return Portal Link: https://flexreturnapp.com/s/tqyasx-rt and log in using the email address from your order and your order number. We’ll guide you step-by-step.

Exchanges
Request within 30 days of your order. We provide a free exchange shipping label (one-time only). Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get store credit for the full item amount, automatically applied at checkout the next time you shop—no code needed.

Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days in original, unworn condition with tags and packaging. For refunds not due to product damage, wrong item, print issue, or manufacturing error, a $2.99 restocking fee and return shipping fee apply.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
